New portrait of a MegaCon attendee. #megacon #sketch #portrait #cosplay

Here’s a vector portrait of my hero, Tom Waits.

So much has been happening since I last posted. I moved to a new house with an awesome studio, I’m signing up for more shows and applying to go back to school to study animation. I’ll have to tell you more about it soon, but I need to go to bed for tonight. I will leave you with this self-portrait that I just finished. I almost never do self-portraits, but I wanted to see what I’d look like without skin. Yes, that’s a Misfits song lyric/title in the script at the bottom. I’m not trying to claim that as my own, Danzig. Please don’t hunt me down and drink my blood.

New color skeleton portraits! All done in oil paint on wooden plaques.
Blair Crimmins, Sweet Mama Cass and Davi (depicted left to right). It’s Blair’s birthday this weekend, so Davi commissioned these as a present. I’m really happy with how they turned out. Adding color made them just that much more fun.

New skeleton portrait of my friend Eliza. I have a few color portraits on the way, too!

Put a ring on it! Bride of Frankenstein skull portrait. Iām listening to Beyonce and drawing dead people. Thanks for all of the skeleton portrait commissions, everyone. Keep them coming! Contact Dante at Rag-N-Bone studios at ragbonestudio@gmail.com for a custom skeleton portrait of your very own.

Skeleton portrait sketch on 6ā X 8ā wooden plaque. Hey, would you like a custom skeleton portrait? I have a lot of fun doing these sketches, so I would be delighted to start making custom portraits. Please contact me at my new email address at ragbonestudio@gmail.com if you are interested. Custom portraits like this one are $50 each.
